That background shapes how we work: we understand the scope, own the outcome, solve problems as they come, and finish the details properly. FOUNDER EXPERIENCE
Founder Experience
Before founding KORF, Alex built his career in logistics and international trade, leading operations, managing teams and coordinating complex work across trade routes connecting China, South Korea and Japan.
He later brought that operational background into construction, managing residential, multifamily and commercial projects and advancing into broader operational leadership, including a Director of Operations role with an Oregon-based construction company.
KORF LLC brings that combination of operational discipline and hands-on construction management experience directly to clients — with clear communication, practical problem-solving and one point of accountability from start to finish.
