LEARN ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND KORFKORF planned and completed a full backyard update, starting with a 3D layout and site preparation. The work included excavation and leveling, a sand-and-gravel base, paver installation, gazebo assembly and installation, lighting, and outdoor furniture setup.
The project started with preparation of a level paver base for the greenhouse. KORF removed topsoil, leveled the site, installed a sand-and-gravel base and pavers, then assembled and installed the greenhouse on the completed platform.
The existing fence was severely leaning and the work area was overgrown with blackberry. KORF confirmed the new fence layout and style with the client, removed and hauled away the old fence, cleared the work area, and installed a new cedar fence.
KORF prepared the installation area, including partial leveling for the supports, and built a custom deck to the client’s requested layout.
KORF prepared and leveled the installation area as needed, sourced the surfacing materials and rubber mulch, assembled the playground structure, and completed the installation.
After wind knocked down a section of the existing fence, KORF removed the failed portion and rebuilt the damaged section with new posts and cedar boards, leaving unaffected fencing in place.
KORF assembled and installed a client-purchased sauna in West Linn and removed the construction and packaging debris after completion.
The client wanted to replace the standard door on an outdoor office. KORF removed the existing door, waterproofed the opening, and installed the client-selected replacement.
KORF measured the space, calculated and planned the shelving layout, then built and installed custom garage shelving sized for the client’s storage bins.
